Raw Harting Black Fleece - Mid Grey

This is not a whole fleece as they are enormous, the wool has been skirted and large pieces of vegetable matter have been removed. Smaller pieces will likely be present but due to the nature of the fleece these can be shaken out when processing.
All fleece has been machine sheared so there may be second cuts present, but like the vegetable matter these can be shaken out also.
The fleece is extremely soft and is wonderful to spin in the raw, card, knit, crochet and felt.
Harting Black are llanolin rich sheep so washing is key.
